Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

We do not charge any shipping fees on our orders.

What are My Options if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In cases like this, the customer needs to reach out to us via our email with proof of the damaged or wrong product. Once this is verified, we will ship the correct product or offer a full refund.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are delivered within 10-15 days after the order is placed. However, if we anticipate any delay in delivery time, we take the trouble of informing our customers ahead.

Can I change or cancel my order?

In cases were the order is yet to be shipped, the order can be changed or cancelled. However, if the order has been shipped, changing or cancelling the order will not be possible.

What Next After an Order is placed? ?

Immediately after an order is placed, you will receive and order receipt email which will contain your order number. If for any reason the customer intends to reach out to us concerning their order, this order number will be required from the customers.

What is "package tracking" in my orders?

Package tracking provides you with tracking updates on the current location in transit of your order.
